The main dish actually had noodles under all of that. It’s in their chili oil vinegar sauce, with chili paste on top, and I’m not even sure what the black stuff next to it was.
The other dishes were hot, but not as crazy. Lotus root with sichuan peppercorn and chili, and a dish of a few cuts of meat with their dry mix and chilis on top.

Sorry, I should have added the name of the dishes.
The first two are 酸辣粉 – hot and sour noodles. Don’t confuse it with hot and sour soup, it’s absolutely nothing alike.
The third is lotus root, like I said. It’s crunchy but doesn’t have much of a flavor, it’s very subtle.
The last one is just a mixture, I didn’t even ask what’s inside. They just label it like 綜合 or something to say “mixed”.
My noodles cost roughly 5 usd. The lotus root cost a dollar or so.
